At the next time, we will look for you as a shift manager:in cleaning vehicles (w/m/d) for DB Services GmbH at the Erfurt site.

Your tasks:

• You make sure that your teams in and around Erfurt bring the trains, buses or trams of our customers:

• For our customers:inside you are contact:in the spot and are available for advice and acceptance

• You are responsible for receiving work orders at the start of service and their implementation in your team

• Your tasks include the creation of documentation documents, the instruction of employees, and the implementation of training courses.

• You are also responsible for reporting necessary quality assurance measures to the management

• You act as a link between the administration and the operational area

• The transfer and closure of cleaning equipment and materials is also your responsibility

Your profile:

• You have a successfully completed training as a building cleaner:in, glass cleaner:in or alternatively several years of experience as cleaning power

• Ideally, you have already gained first experience as a manager in a service company, e.g. in the field of care, vegetation care, logistics

• Working in layers does not matter to you (Mo - So / mainly night shift)

• Kindness, customer orientation and a high level of empathy as well as enforcement skills are of course for you

• You have a valid class B driving license as well as fluent German language skills in word and font
