Document Management: You support the management of guided HR documents according to ISO standards and internal guidelines Optimization of process processes: You continuously analyze, document and improve HR processes taking into account efficiency, compliance and quality requirements HR Self Service Portal: You administrate and develop digital employee platforms for independent HR services and optimized employee experience Support at the Business Agreement Portal (BV portal): You work with the care and updating of the BV portal and ensure the availability of current operating arrangements for all employees Content Management: You are responsible for the editorial care, structuring and topicality of HR-relevant content across various digital platforms

A first successfully completed bachelor's degree course, preferably an economic or communication-scientific degree course of advantage Your previous study focus is ideally in the field of business informatics, human resources management, process management or comparable study direction You have a basic understanding of process processes and quality management (ideally first points of contact with ISO standards) as well as first experiences with content management systems, portal solutions or document management systems You want to take responsibility, act independently and develop processes Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
