In the next time, the SOFN team will have the following activities where you can participate in the event of interest: Introduction of a new nationwide CAFM system Implementation of sustainability topics in the area of building management Implementation of the new workplace concept New Work at the locations Hannover, Hamburg and Berlin Rental of spaces/reconstruction spaces at Hannover location Preparations for additional cost bills to our tenants Moving the DZ BANK in Hamburg Accompanying large planning and construction projects Service provider control (Technisches und Infrastrukturelles GM)

Studies from the real estate sector, facility management, utility technology, building management, energy and building technology, or from the 3rd Bachelor semester or in a Master semester Ready to support at our locations Hannover and/or Berlin Interest in building management, area management, spatial planning, CAFM and interaction with facility management services Good knowledge of the standard MS Office products First experience in handling CAD software Own initiative and independent operation Fun at work
