SAP Application Manager FI/MM – Vendors (m/f/d)

You take over the technical support and further development of the creditor billing in SAP S/4HANA (FI/MM) You are responsible for the understanding and continuous optimization of credit processes including Booking Logic You accept, analyze and structure the technical requirements of the users You translate technical requirements into clear, implementable requirements for IT You accompany the implementation professionally incl. Tests, acceptance and quality assurance Ensuring the stable operation of creditor systems and applications is your responsibility You analyze errors and control technically necessary error and data cleaning You evaluate legal and regulatory changes (e.g. GoBD) and derive the necessary system adjustments You work closely with creditor accounting, purchasing, IT and other relevant interfaces You actively shape the inter-team interconnection to use synergies and ensure mutual representation You identify optimization, digitization and automation potentials and accompany their technical implementation You work professionally in projects and take over selected special tasks You support audits by auditors, audits and other audit bodies including IKS-compliant documentation

You have a completed bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification You bring 2–6 years of relevant professional experience in creditor accounting, process management or DV/IT coordination with You have sound knowledge of creditor processes and external accounting You will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA in the FI/MM creditors area and use the relevant resystems safely; Basic knowledge of SD, PM, CO and MM complete your system understanding You bring experience in the inclusion, analysis and processing of technical requirements as well as in the implementation of IT projects and system adaptations with You control the safe handling of MS Office applications for analysis, analysis and documentation You have a strong understanding of process chains and interfaces between department, purchasing and IT You are characterized by analytical skills, cross-area thinking and solution-oriented work You ideally bring experience in project management You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing

This place is remunerated with the remuneration group 11 in accordance with the collective agreement for utilities (TV-V). This corresponds to a gross annual salary of approximately 67,000 – 88,000 euros (depending on professional experience and qualification).
