Your tasks

Support of the HR Business Partner Team for the support of the departments and the implementation of personal measures

Working with the preparation, preparation and maintenance of documents, presentations and decision-making templates for HR topics

Support for personnel planning and organisational and administrative activities in the context of transformation and change projects

Support in the implementation and follow-up of HR projects and independent adoption of defined work packages

Preparation of information, evaluations and documentation for executives and HR interface partners

Creation, maintenance and analysis of HR key figures, reports and dashboards as well as support in data processing

Support in the preparation and follow-up of personnel and talent review processes as well as salary and employee talks

Coordination of appointments, workshops and meetings as well as follow-up of measures and open points

Cooperation in the preparation of communication documents and information materials on HR topics

Research on personal economic issues and preparation of best practices and recommendations for action

Your qualifications

Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management, Psychology or a comparable degree programme

Interest in HR topics and in organisational and change processes

Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

First experiences in handling SAP HR desirable

Structured, careful and self-responsive working and hand-on mentality

Communication strength as well as analytical thinking

Teamability and high service orientation

German and very good English skills

Very good German knowledge and English knowledge required at B2 level
