Total responsibility for the location - operational, administrative and commercial First contact for the customer and close cooperation with Key Account Management Commercial management and budget responsibility for the location Strategic development of customer relationships - e.g. asset and portfolio expansion Implementation of operational performance in compliance with internal processes, quality standards and structures Responsibility for recruiting and personnel planning at the respective location in compliance with the budget Discipline and professional leadership of your team on site

Successful completed training or studies in the field, (economic)engineering, master / state-tested technicians (electrotechnics, sanitary heating climate, supply technology or refrigeration technology), further training to the specialist facility management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical building management or facility management leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop teams Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as strong customer orientation Target and solution-oriented operation with high self-responsibility Safe handling of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ideally also Navision Knowledge of legal guidelines (PVO, VOB etc.) Driving licence class B required
