Educational specialist1 (all genders) as a jumper in the housing offers. Celle is a modern, versatile and social service company and offers a wide range of services for people with disabilities of all ages to enable them to participate in all social areas. Our employees work daily for the concerns of these people – whether in the accompaniment, promotion, qualification or through the diverse administrative tasks.

The use as a jumper takes place in the various housing offers (living groups, residential houses) of the Lebenshilfe Celle at all locations. You are assigned to a residential house in Altencelle.

Task profile essentially:

• responsible implementation, reflection and effectiveness control of educational support
• Compliance with and ensuring proper management of documentation and reporting
• individual promotion of the tenants by advice, guidance, support and support
• implementation of necessary basic care measures, simple treatment, medical care
• Regulations and support for therapeutic and medical measures/investigations
• interdisciplinary cooperation in the overall and participatory procedures (scientific exchange and networking)
• Organisation, guarantee and compliance with the applicable quality and hygiene standards
• Designing a viable and professional relationship with customers and participants

Qualification | Requirement:

• Healing nurses, educators or pedagogical professionals with comparable qualifications with willingness
• to work according to schedule of shiftwork
• independent and responsible work as well as strong organizational ability
• good communication and reflectivity; Team skills as well as a valuable human image
• secure computer skills (MS-Office and others) and willingness to participate in continuing and continuing training
• Non-contributory guidance and driving licence Class B
