Education/Studium: Successfully completed studies as an architect Experience: Operational multi-year professional experience (at least 2 years of construction management experience, experience in all phases of the HOAI) Expertise: Entrepreneurial thinking and good understanding of structural relationships Very good knowledge of legal bases, such as VOB, HOAI, DIN standards, etc. Very good application knowledge within the MS Office product range incl. MS Project and AutoCAD and ORCA AVA and BKI Cost Planner
