Deputy Head of Credit Analysis (m/f/d)

As a sales-oriented savings bank with a balance sheet total of around 2.5 billion. Euro, 15 branches and around 330 employees are market leaders in our business area, the Heidenheim district.

Head of Department (m/w/d) This is your field of action: In your deputy function, you have the responsibility for the commercial and private market success as well as the areas of expert opinions, refurbishment and settlement. You ensure that all credit decisions are assessed risk-oriented and that the credit portfolio is continuously monitored. You integrate sustainability aspects into credit assessment, develop criteria for socially compatible financing and drive the implementation of ESG standards across the credit portfolio. You accompany complex credit decisions in close cooperation with the group leaders (m/w/d) and advise specialist areas in demanding issues. You take over the management of credit-specific projects and actively participate in other projects and projects.

Your profile: You have a well-founded bank-specific training as well as a further business degree (study or comparable qualification). You have several years of experience in credit analysis, ideally in a leadership or deputy management function, and know the relevant regulatory framework. You motivate your team, promote self-responsive action and create a working environment where engagement and cohesion are obvious. You possess a pronounced analytical and strategic competence combined with entrepreneurial thinking and acting. You convince with your communication-strong and sovereign appearance.
