You are an architect (w/m/d) with a sense of numbers and commercial processes? Participation in project controlling through cost advancement and budget reporting for our projects Co-operation, or after appropriate incorporation of independent set-up of cost assessments as well as analysis and detection of optimization potentials Support in the testing of requirements of the construction companies, after intensive processing independent processing Advise our customers (together with the technical controllers) with regard to cost status and cost optimization throughout the entire project Maintenance of databases for cost tracking (e.g. RIB iTWO o.a.)

Successful degree in architecture or a comparable qualification Professional experience as an architect or architect (w/m/d) in the internship (AIP) with insights into planning and/or construction management and ideally first insights into cost tracking, tendering and awarding High affinity for commercial processes and good numerical understanding Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Quick conception and pronounced analytical thinking Teamability and high capacity for interdisciplinary thinking and collaboration
