As Senior Social Media Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the social media content and the activities (including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube) of our sponsorship partnerships, especially as part of our sport-related sponsoring partnerships, such as Borussia Dortmund. You control the operational and strategic social content projects and activities associated with our partnerships and ensure that You are implemented effectively, efficiently and on time. You work with internal and external partners in the content production process, such as creative agencies, production agencies, rights holders (sport and football clubs, such as BVB, Fortuna, etc.) and rights mediators (e.g. Sport5 and others). You coordinate numerous fire interfaces, in particular commercial management, communication, marketing, event etc. You create and maintain management presentations (including in front of departmental management and, if necessary, internal bodies). You'll set up an integrated sponsoring editorial plan for the brand's social media activities. You support tests to optimize the range, the interaction and the detectable positive influence of our brand content and messages on social networks.

What distinguishes you: Successfully completed studies in the field of sports marketing, marketing, communication, BWL or a comparable qualification. At least five years of professional experience as a project manager at senior level and detectable successes in the operational marketing management of sports sponsoring projects and the design and use of rights portfolios. These experiences were ideally acquired in a football club, a comparable sport or in sports marketing on the company or agency side. Detectionable competencies in social media management Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation. Strategic, conceptual and entrepreneurial thinking with high implementation orientation Communication strength, presentation security and sovereign appearance Very good language skills in German and English.
