You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of a team in network operation for gas and water pipes in Freiburg and the surrounding area Safe and trouble-free network operation You are responsible for the deployment planning of your team including Standby service You connect operational leadership with strategic development and coach your team to high self-responsibility and self-organisation You optimierst systems and processes, increase data quality and research the digitization and standardization of our technical processes

You have a technical training with training as a master / technician or a technical study You have experience in operation, maintenance and construction of gas and water networks You are safe in the application of the relevant technical regulations (e.g. DVGW) and, through your expertise, ensure the technical safety and reliability of our gas and water networks You are convinced by a strong communication strength and are delighted to make changes active and to develop solutions together in the team You bring leadership experience or strong leadership potential as well as decision strength Commitment, sense of responsibility and the willingness to provide sustainable impulses with expertise and your leadership style
