Senior Consultant (m/d)

Braun Gesundheitsservice GmbH Service area: Berlin-Brandenburg Functional area: Clinical / medical area Working model: Hybrid Requirement number: 8065 IV therapy, enteral diet, stoma, continence and wound care – these are the areas for which our HomeCare sales department is responsible nationwide. For more than 20 years, we have been advising and supplying patients with medicines and medical aids in their home environment as well as in nursing homes and care facilities. Our offer extends to the dismissal and supply management, training and seminars in the aforementioned areas. Within the B. Braun Gesundheitsservice GmbH we are looking for a qualified health and nursing agent (w/m/d) for patient management for our team at the next possible date. Service area: Berlin-Brandenburg The place is indefinite and must be occupied with a size of 40 hours per week.

Your daily tasks include the coordination of patient transfer from the stationary area. This will help you with your communicative way, as you are in constant exchange with e.g. the dismissal management in the clinics, the stationary area or established doctors. After transfer, you will first ensure the domestic application advice and care of the patients and ensure the appointment of medicines and aids from the home care sector and take over the consultation with the competent health insurance companies and pharmacies. High self-organization and conscientious work are absolutely necessary. Regular process control and documentation by iPad ensure optimal care and care for patients. We provide you with the basic equipment from iPad and iPhone. As a link, you are a “networker*in” between the individual actors (patients/customers, clinics, established doctors and nursing institutions) and proactively support our sales measures.

You have a completed 3-year training as a trained health and nursing professional (w/m/d) or as a nursing professional (w/m/d). In addition, you have experience in the field of homecare and have a further education as a care expert in the field of IV therapy / Stoma / Continency / Wound or as a wound expert ICW (w/m/d). That would be desirable – but is not a condition. During your 6–8 week period, you will be accompanied by an experienced mentor*in. The theoretical part of the incorporation takes place at our site in Melsungen. The practical part is in a care area. For this purpose, the driving licence of class B is absolutely necessary. A readiness to move to the care region is assumed or Your residence is located in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. Personal competencies: You are determined and powerful.
