About us: The 13-member team of the SMT Quality Management System (SMT-QS) is very committed and is driving forward developments in the three topics management system, methods and data and key figures management. Our mission is to continuously improve product, process and organization quality and to establish a first-class process, method and metric know-how SMT-wide. The five data managers in the team are responsible for the collection, provision and analysis of quality data to assess process quality and to derive targeted improvements. In addition, You act as quality representatives in the Business Process Transformation Program, especially when introducing S4/Hana and a PLM system.

Digitalization of quality processes: Design and drive digitalization within IT systems including the implementation and long-term assurance of the new IT system structure through representation and definition of quality requirements with focus on Q processes and requirements

Business Transformation Project: Participation in the change of SAP R3 to S4/Hana and support in the introduction of the new accompanying IT infrastructure, such as a PLM system

Role of Q-key user: Initiation of technical optimizations and automations of the IT applications used (ERP, PLM, MES, etc.) as well as participation as quality representatives in the implementation of these optimizations

Training and advice: Recording and taking into account user requirements for further developments and optimization projects, including training and advice for users

Process landscape: Ensuring scalability and standardization of the entire process landscape, in particular the Q processes, while complying with the normative requirements (ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, 27001, 45001) across the entire company
