For this we need you:

* Implementation and Conceptual Design of Operational Training to / To the Electronicser / Electronicser (m/w/d) für Betriebstechnik

* Professional and disciplinary leadership of trainees, including their promotion and development

* Expansion and optimization of existing structures

* Participation in the selection of candidates and conducting interviews

Contact person for educational institutions (schools, IHK, etc.), incl. exam preparation and admission

* Support in the electrical workshop and planning/coordinating of trainee work

o Electronicser / Electronicser for Energy and Building Technology (Electroinstallateurin / Electroinstaller)

o Electronics engineer for automation and system technology

o or comparable

* driving licence class B

* Safe oral and written expressiveness in German (C1)

* Completed training examination (AdA)

* Multiannual professional experience, as well as experience in controlling training

* Sensitivity and enthusiasm for dealing with young people

Educational skills, communication skills, enforcement strength, and very high social competence

* Self-employed and independent work

* Knowledge in the field of PLC programming

* knowledge of ship repair

* Curiosity for work in tight spaces

* Ready to run service cars

We offer you:

* Grouping in pay group 7 TVöD. periods of professional experience can be taken into account in the classification. External officials are, unfortunately, unable to apply due to the lack of the planning authority.
