Completed studies, for example in Business Informatics, BWL, HR Management, Statistics or Similar Multiannual professional experience in HRIS, HR Data Management or People Analytics Very good understanding of HR processes and HR key figures Very good knowledge of German and English Technical competences Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP, Succes Factors, Haufe) Very good knowledge of reporting and analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, reporting from HR systems) First experiences with AI controlled processes Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Structured, independent and solution-oriented, such as team-oriented Communication strength and ability to translate data into clear action recommendations High sensitivity to confidentiality and data protection
