IT-Tagesgeschäft & Support: You are the first contact point in first and second-level support and solve problems related to hardware, software and user rights. Infrastructure & Virtualization: You maintain our mixed Windows and Linux server landscape and manage the virtual systems under Proxmox including Backup & Recovery. Network & Security (NIS2): You help to secure our systems under the NIS2 guidelines and help manage firewalls, VPNs and security standards. Modern Workplace (M365): You manage the Microsoft 365 environment (including Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID) and digitize processes. ERP Management & Support: You take over the functional administration and configuration of our ERP system (proALPHA), implement process requirements of the specialist departments and maintain the associated databases.
Education: Successfully completed IT training (e.g. specialist in system integration), studies in business informatics or corresponding professional experience as an IT all-rounder. System administration: Good knowledge in the Windows and Linux environment as well as practical experience with virtualization (proxmox or comparable). Cloud & Workplace: Secure handling of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams) and ideally first experience with Entra ID and Power Automate. Network & Security: Basic understanding of TCP/IP, VPN and IT security as well as interest in legal IT standards (NIS2).
