Your tasks Support in the implementation of HR systems, processes and AI projects
Participation in the optimization of internal workflows, including through AI and automation
Support in implementing new tools and methods, in particular AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot Studio
Independent research on current topics, new technologies in the HR environment
Creation, analysis and standardization of documentation
Your qualifications Continuous studies of economics or (economic) informatics
Safe handling of MS Office as well as sound knowledge and practical experience with AI (e.g. Generative AI, Prompting)
Interest in IT topics, HR processes and AI applications as well as organizational and analytical skills
Self-employed and structured working, self-initiative, rapid understanding, team capacity, creativity and communication strength
Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
