Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you • Competent legal advice of management and departments • Creating, testing and negotiating contracts, including our institutional partners • Legal support for projects, especially in product development • Communication and coordination with colleagues from the Legal Department French head office of our company • Control of active and passive processes • Coordination of cooperation with external firms • Project work Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you • Second legal state exams and relevant practice experience • Expertise in insurance contract and insurance distribution law, ideally in Life insurance • Ability to safely analyze and present legal issues and independently develop practical solutions • experience in the negotiation and creation of both individual and pattern contracts • Economic and entrepreneurial thinking and action • Enthusiasm for new topics and tasks • Analytical, structured personality with “Hands-On” mentality • German and English knowledge and joy in working international environment • Safe handling of common PC applications (MS-Office package) You don't meet any requirement?
