Designs instead of managing: You actively accompany the introduction of the ecclesiastical doubic and drive the transition from the Cameral Accounting in our parishes and administrative offices. Making knowledge alive: You design and conduct practical training – understandable, interactive and directly applicable – around the Doppik and our financial software Axians Infoma newsystem. Developing learning formats with effect: You create modern, didactically thought-out training documents, guides and practical aids that really make everyday life easier. Building bridges: You translate complex changes into clear messages and help to make the transition from kameral structures to doubic safe and comprehensible. Rethinking structures: You are involved in the development of the doppish budgetary structure and budgetary law according to NKF.NRW and are actively introducing your ideas. Accompanying in change: You are a reliable response to the parishes and support them in the conversion of their financial processes. Promote improvement: you analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and contribute to the continuous development of our processes.

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Funded knowledge in financial or investment accounting, ideally with experience in public administration or non-profit. Experience in the area of the NKF or the Doppik is advantageous. Extensive teaching skills and experience in the design and implementation of training. Affinity for IT systems, ideally first contact points with Axians Infoma newsystem or comparable financial software (MS Navision / Business Central). Strong communication and moderation capabilities to understand complex issues. High empathy and the ability to adapt to different levels of knowledge. Experience in work in projects. Class B driving licence and willingness to travel. Structured and independent operation.

Remuneration is carried out according to the pay group 11 of the Church Employment and Remuneration Regulation (KAVO) and, depending on the professional experience, is currently between €269.64 and €6.326.77 gross at a full-time position.
