You are an integral part of a so-called home resort, which is jointly defined in the selection process, depending on the interests and strengths, and you will get to know the various departments of this department. Your main location is our headquarters in Düsseldorf. In addition, you are always active at our various locations in Germany for about 3 months. Foreign use for about 2 months is possible with interest. Overall, the program takes up to 24 months. In addition to your home resort and stations in sales and operations, you can choose other areas yourself. You carry out tasks in the daily business and work on current projects such as the integration of AI. With various trainings, events and executive meetings as well as a personal mentor, we support you in your personal and professional development.
