At the headquarters in the north of Hamburg we employ about 200 people candy in golden cans with powder sugar, especially for the premium brand “Cavendish & Harvey”, which is successfully distributed in more than 100 countries. Control and monitoring of cooking processes in our candy kitchen

Preparation of the raw materials needed for ongoing production

Organization and coordination of workflows during your shift

Responsibility for adhering to our high quality standards

Documentation of production data according to internal requirements

Acceptance and control of raw material deliveries (e.g. sugar, glucose syrup)

Completed training in a food processing profession – e.g. as Fachkraft für Süßwarentechnik, Süßwarentechnologe, Lebensmitteltechniker, Bäcker or Metzger

Alternative: Multiannual professional experience in handling food and production facilities

Technical understanding and a pronounced hygiene awareness

Ready to work in the 3-shift system as well as team spirit and flexibility

Experiences in the food industry are beneficial, but no condition Reliable, independent and quality-oriented operation Loadability, flexibility, team capability German knowledge of advantage
