Onboarding: Enjoy our introduction week including factory management and various team building and leisure events Practice in the company: You will be trained in the departments in a practical and professional manner Vocational training: You are visiting the vocational college of business and administration in Remscheid, i.e. You are three times in vocational school for three months and then have the chance to put the learned into practice Seminars and trainings: You will receive a wide range of trainings, e.g. product training, communication seminars and an English course with a certified degree. Basics: The commercial foundations are taught to you both in-house and in the vocational school during the first two years of training. As part of your training, you will acquire knowledge in the fields of human resources, procurement, production, marketing, sales, export, financial and accounting as well as controlling Specialization: At the end of your training, you will deepen your knowledge and prepare for the specialist tasks in your future field of application. You will also learn to control and control sales processes and plan investment and financing processes Space for orientation: You go through the relevant departments and get to know all possible areas of application in which you can work after the training

Compensation package: We offer our trainees an attractive compensation package according to IG-Metall-Tarif NRW including holiday and Christmas money (up to 1440.99 € brutto/month) Guaranteed takeover: After successful completion you will be guaranteed for one year Mobile & flexible work: We offer our trainees the opportunity to work mobile on two days a week.
