Senior Financial Controller in München (m/f/d)

Reporting & Presentations: You create address-oriented monthly, quarterly and annual reports and develop banking and investor presentations in close coordination with Corporate Finance & Treasury for management and board of directors. Financial analyses: You conduct well-founded analyses of GuV, balance sheet, working capital and cash flow and provide reliable basis for the management. Planning & Forecasting: You accompany the annual economic planning, create precise forecasts and prepare management presentations for companies and functions. Investment controlling and processes: You are responsible for the group-wide investment controlling, coordinate investment planning and continuously develop the end-to-end investment process. Controlling processes & investment management: You develop control processes and systems with a focus on digitalization and automation and take over the Group-wide investment controlling including coordination of investment planning and further development of the end-to-end investment process. Business Partnering: As a central business partner, you work closely with operational control areas, corporate functions and management and promote partnership cooperation.

You have a degree in economics, health management and a comparable discipline. You bring several years of professional experience in controlling and/or auditing. You have very good analytical skills and prepare financial data precisely and according to target groups. You can safely master MS 365 – especially PowerPoint with ThinkCell and Excel – and ideally bring experience in dealing with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, QlikView) as well as LucaNet and SAP. You are characterized by a pronounced self-initiative, team capacity and convincing communication strength. Also desirable are knowledge of health management as well as a general affinity to numbers, coupled with curiosity and openness to new tasks.
