Product and Process Developer Milk Fat (m/f/d)

How to contribute to the success of your team: You control cross-company development projects in the field of milk fat (German brand butter, butterfat, cheese) in close cooperation with sales and other interfaces. You develop recipes and processes in compliance with food regulations. You carry out production and packaging tests, application tests and analyses. The support of existing recipes and their optimization as well as process changes are also part of your tasks. You will be in close contact with colleagues from Production & Technology. You document production and laboratory data and help prepare audits. You are responsible for the selection, procurement and release of new raw materials and active ingredients.

Enter your Q ualification as best: Complete study of food technology, food processing technology, ecotrophology or a similar course of study or comparable, e.g. specialist for food technology, dairy technologists with corresponding training or experience At least 5 years of experience in product development in the field of milk technology, we require Good knowledge of English required Flexible, structured and solution-oriented operation Embossed team skills and communication skills Know-how in the fields of food technology, nutritional physiology or technological processes
