Holistic care: You are responsible for managing complex topics throughout the Employee Lifecycle, with a clear focus on People Operations. Contract management: You are responsible for the creation, maintenance and legal updating of our work-contractual documents and are in consultation with our labour law department. Special topics with substance: parental periods, retirement entrances, maternity protection and other special cases relevant to personal matters are in your hands. Digitization that works: Leadingly drive the further development, digitization and automation of our HR processes and implement them in our HR system Persis. AI in the HR everyday: you identify, evaluate and introduce meaningful AI-based solutions in the administrative HR environment and thus strengthen our strong cooperation with smart solutions.
