Development of job profiles in collaboration with internal executives Individually responsible conception of job advertisements and selection of adequate recruitment channels Learning and taking over system-based administration of applications using the IT tool TalentLink Ensuring comprehensive candidate response (Candidate Communication) via this system Implementation of a qualified pre-selection of suitable candidates (for example by telephone interviews) in compliance with company-wide standards Impetus for a sound and professional selection in cooperation with the departments Coordination of departments and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process Guarantee of an outstanding customer & candidate experience Acting as a primary contact point (internal and external) for all personnel procurement processes

Completion of a commercial qualification (or equivalent) Multiannual professional practice in talent acquisitions or personal advice Proven ability in target group-specific candidate acquisition (focus: student, student, dual and internship positions) Competent application of professional interview and candidate selection strategies Secure control of MS Office applications Routinized familiarity with contemporary recruitment technologies, market trends and sourcing platforms Required first experience with applicant management systems (ATS) Sovereign broadcasting, pronounced service ethos and advised thinking Ability to effectively interact with different stakeholders and to take account of varying organisational requirements Excellent communication capability Impressive readiness and adaptability
