Global Information Security & Governance Manager (m/f/d)

You develop and manage our global information security strategy and the associated governance roadmap in line with our business goals. You ensure compliance with international security standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST) and regional data protection laws across all global locations. You are responsible for the global emergency management within the framework of NIS 2, including the design and implementation of emergency plans for all Group-wide IT services. You carry out regular global risk analyses, conduct proactive mitigation strategies and establish transparent security monitoring for top management. You conduct the global Security Incident Management Process, coordinate the response to incidents in real time and control the official reporting while maintaining strict SLAs. You advise the management as well as the board directly on current threats and define the strategic IT security investment needs. You monitor our external IT service providers and guarantee strict compliance with all contractual information security and governance requirements. You will strengthen global security culture throughout the Bahlsen Group by targeted awareness campaigns and trainings for all hierarchical levels.

You look back on relevant professional experience in IT Security, including several years in a controlling security or governance function in the global environment. You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, IT security or a comparable academic qualification. You have deep knowledge of cloud security (ideally GCP), modern network architectures as well as global production and supply chains. Ideally, you bring recognised certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA or a qualification as ISO 27001 lead auditor. You understand the critical dynamics of the FMCG sector and know how important robust cyber security structures are for a 24-hour production and logistics chain. You are characterized by strong negotiation skills, intercultural competence and a pronounced ability to enforce internal and external stakeholders. You have the ability to prepare complex technical IT risks for top management in a comprehensible, recipient-oriented and business-focused manner. You communicate and negotiate absolutely securely in German and English to guide our global teams and partners through governance issues.
