In the Department of Central Functions in the Department of Damage of Allianz Versicherungs-AG, various Centers of Competence of Governance on Fraud Detection, the company doctors are located in damage, the Allianz Center for Technology and the Legal Protection Service GmbH. As Junior Strategy Manager Damage (m/w/d), you support the area of expertise in strategic projects (especially in customer enthusiasm topics) and in all operationally relevant topics.

• Project management: Support in strategic projects and acquisition of own subprojects
• Customer enthusiasm: take over tasks as part of the initiative Customer enthusiasm
• Prevention strategy: support in the conception of prevention strategy
• Committee work: preparation of documents and presentations for various committees
• Problem solution: Development of structured problem descriptions
• Communication: creation and dispatch of communication formats and newsletters
• Operational support: Support of the Head of Department and its team in operational daily business

As a Junior Strategy Manager (m/w/d)

• Degree: Successfully completed Bachelor's degree with very good degree programs
• Problem-solving competenceResolve fun on problems and on structured work
• Analytics: Strategic understanding and safe handling of numbers and calculations
• Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Personality: High motivation, curiosity and initiative
• IT-Skills: Secure handling of MS Office programs
• Future orientation: Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
