Working Student Training Management & Personnel Development (m/f/d)

Training coordination: You plan and organize training formats within the Elis Academy, coordinate appointments and match participants and trainers (m/w/d). Organisation and control system: You ensure that several parallel training measures are implemented without friction and always keeps the overview of deadlines, processes and procedures. Contact Person and Communication: You support employees and trainers (m/w/d) on issues related to training, further education and organising themes. Data management and system management: You provide training data, subscriber lists and learning content in our systems and ensure a streamlined documentation. Post-processing and reporting: You support feedback evaluations, documenizations and the creation of reports on our further education. Analysis and further development: You prepare key figures for the use of the Elis Academy and help to derive optimisation potentials for our further education. Process optimization: You are introducing your own ideas to make processes more efficient, more efficient and user-friendly.

Qualification: You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) and you could ideally gain first practical experience – like HR, training, further education or organizational skills. Interest in personnel development: You want to focus on topics related to learning & development, further education and modern training concepts. Structured mode of operation: You work independently, orga­nize and keep the overview even with several parallel tasks. Organizational and Responsibility: You will be happy to answer, work pro-actively and promote topics with confidence. Dynamic mindset: You feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment, work in a solution-oriented manner and enjoy change and further development. MS Office and digital tools: You are safe to use MS Office and Microsoft teams and are happy to work with Excel as well as larger amounts of data. Communication strength and team work: You are communicative, you like to work with different speakers and you can flexibly adjust to new situations.
