Total technical line (M/W/D) from 01.02.2027 LUKOM stands for high-performance event, building and infrastructure technology in Ludwigshafen. In order to strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for an experienced and visionary overall technical leadership (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), which is responsible for the technically safe, economical and future-oriented operation of all LUKOM technical areas. You make sure that the technical areas of LUKOM run reliably – from event technology to facility management to car park technology. Together with your 20-person team, you will ensure smooth operations, safe operation and optimal conditions in our buildings, event houses and workshops, events and in our car parks and parking spaces. At the same time, you are driving forward modernizations and projects, aligning technical requirements and economic aspects and supporting management with clear assessments. So make sure that LUKOM is technically well positioned – today and in the future.

You make sure that our properties are technically efficient, safe and ready to use at any time You develop our technical processes, introduce new ideas and actively promote innovation You are responsible for the operation of our car parks as well as event houses, managst maintenance & audits and tax external partners Take care of the facility management of our buildings and keeps costs, quality and sustainability in mind You guide technical projects from planning to implementation and ensure that time, budget and requirements are matched You shape the technical future of LUKOM and advise the management with clear, practical assessments You bring your team modern, transparent and motivating – and create a working environment that is fun and advances

Complete master or technician training, technical studies in civil engineering or industrial engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in leading position in the technical field Funded knowledge in project management, technical operation and process optimization Very good knowledge of VStättVO and the technical building management Experience in maintenance, maintenance and implementation of safety regulations Leadership and the ability to motivate and develop teams Analytical thinking, high problem-solving competence and negotiation skills Safe handling of MS Office and general computer systems Ready for irregular working hours
