For our famila warehouse in Nortorf we are looking for a deputy warehouse manager (m/w/d) in full time.

You lead and train your team and plan to use the staff You ensure compliance with all existing work instructions You have the responsibility for continuous internal MHD and freshness control in all ranges You are responsible for the product disposition, compliance with the specified product placement, the product presence and the implementation of the weekly sales activities of all departments in the department store You have a look at compliance with all legal regulations concerning the department store (HACCP, bio-directives, price awards, article engagement and description) In your hand, the training and support of trainees and junior executives You conduct the representative talks You have the development of costs and sales, as well as regular inventory to product disposition and flow in mind and ensure a smooth process here

You have completed a commercial training (even in the food sector) You have first leadership experiences You have basic knowledge of goods Joy in handling the customer in the direct sales talk You love retail You are communicative, independent, contact-friendly and customer-oriented
