These are your tasks

You lead the employees of the Real Estate Center group and are responsible for the management, development and achievement of your group. You secure quality standards and are superior contact persons for customers. You are also active in the customer consulting of private building financing, in particular for demanding private customers. You run projects and are responsible for the planning and implementation of annual planning. You represent the Sparkasse Fulda in the public and at events.

This will inspire us

You shall bring the financial statements to/from the Savings Banking and Banking Business Administration or a comparable qualification. You have first experience in employee management and project work. You have in-depth experience in consulting private customers, ideally also in the field of construction financing. You are characterized by a pronounced analytically structured thinking capacity as well as a process-oriented operation. You act in conflicts thoughtful and forward-looking, bringing together above-average communicative skills and a team-oriented way of working.
