You take over the object-responsive care of large real estate and are contact persons for technical concerns around the objects. You conduct correspondence and telephone correspondence with owners, tenants and service providers and ensure smooth communication. Order processing in technical and infrastructural building management is just as important as the creation of performance directories and contracts. You plan maintenance work, monitor their implementation and coordinate the corresponding dates. In the case of representation, you are responsible for the preparatory accounting and the processing of invoices.

You have a degree in facility management, real estate, or comparable vocational training and have several years of professional experience. Basic knowledge of technical building equipment is required to perform the tasks safely and competently. You convince with a high communication capability and are happy to work in the team to develop solutions together. Your work is independent, careful and structured, which allows you to master complex tasks efficiently. You have a safe handling of the common Microsoft Office applications and use them in your working day. A competent and friendly appearance completes your profile and makes you an estimated contact for owners, tenants and colleagues.
