Production plans (m/f/d)

Control of production orders: creation and tracking of internal and external production orders and monitoring of scheduled commissioning.

Production planning: Checking customer orders, capacities and stocks to ensure a smooth production process.

Material disposition: Timely and demand-oriented provision of parts taking into account risks and cost-effectiveness and adaptation of parts requirements.

Stock management: Assessment and construction of economically viable safety stocks in close coordination with the interface departments.

Service provider control: organisation and control of external services (e.g. surface treatment, transports) and cooperation for framework agreements.

Date management: Determination and communication of reliable delivery dates for the standard and project business in coordination with sales, project management and production.

Problem solution: Active misinterpretation, development of alternatives for bottlenecks and participation in StageGate processes as well as make-or-buy decisions.

Training: completed technical or commercial training in the technical environment, as well as further training as a technician or master.

Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience as a production planner or 3–5 years of experience in the technical/commercial environment of a manufacturing company.

Expertise: Understanding mechanical, optical and electronic relationships is an advantage.

IT knowledge: Secure handling of ERP systems (preferably Oxaion), Excel and planning tools (e.g. Gantt).

Languages: Good English knowledge in word and writing.

Personality: Analytical thinking, organisational skills and communication strength.
