Sales Manager Motion Control (m/f/d)

As a reinforcement for our five-person Marketing & Sales team, we are looking for a high-level sales personality that drives the expansion of our long-standing Motion Control product range. Their task is to acquire both new customers and to expand our sales structures and strengthen our position on the German and European markets. You are a competent consultant (m/w/d) for our customers with your sovereign appearance and ability to offer tailor-made solutions for the most diverse requirements. You develop new business areas in the field of motion control from customer search through pricing to building convincing reference projects. Identification and acquisition of potential new customers in prioritized industries such as intralogistics, construction machines, municipal engineering, maritime industry and aviation technology – and their successful development to paying first customers. You control the entire sales process: analyze demand, develop solutions and technical presentations with the help of experts from the technology and achieve conclusions. A close cooperation with the development to create tailor-made solution architectures. You represent us with customers on site and at relevant trade fairs, qualify leads and return valuable market impulses to the portfolio. Watch competition and technology trends and translate the findings into clear positioning and offering.

You have a good technical understanding – whether from studies, technician training or professional experience You have experience in the technical distribution of products in need of declaration You ideally have knowledge of drive electronics or control and control technology You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are owned by a class B car driver license You are ready to visit our customers on site (up to 25% of working time)
