Discharge/Support of the Head of Sales/Filials in Operational and Strategic Day Business and Full Representation in its Absence Co-responsibility for the control and further development of our factory sales/filials in Germany leadership, motivation and further development of the branch managers and sales teams in the branches Optimization of sales strategies, assortment planning, product presentation and pricing Planning and implementation of seasonal and regional marketing and sales activities as well as promotions for active customer retention Ensuring high and uniform quality and service standards in stores Monitoring sales, cost and quality targets Ensuring a first-class shopping experience for our customers Ensuring optimal availability of goods and coordination of product range and inventory control at the interface to production and distribution

Business studies or commercial training in a comparable field Multiannual professional experience in store-based, decentralized retail or factory sales with leadership responsibility, ideally in the area of food/sweet Management experience and strong sales affinity High customer and service orientation Analytical thinking, numerical understanding and entrepreneurial action Communication strength, team spirit and hands-on mentality readiness to regularly travel within Germany JOBV1_EN
