As a project manager*in (w/m/d), you are responsible for the planning, coordination and monitoring of complex large-scale construction projects according to AHO. This will help our customers achieve the project objectives in terms of quality (including compliance with standards and safety requirements), time and budget. They implement continuous controlling as well as reporting and actively contribute to the design/optimization of the project management processes and tools. With your know-how in risk management, you will implement effective risk mitigation measures if necessary. They conduct regular project meetings, ensure an active flow of information between the relevant internal and external stakeholders and represent the project interests in a targeted manner. The creation of meaningful reports and the presentation of the project progress round off your tasks.

Complete university studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or in comparable discipline Long-standing experience in controlling technically or regulatoryly demanding construction projects, advanced handling of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, SAP) Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the field of technology and industry High level of communication skills combined with diplomatic skills Sovereign appearance and enforcement strength Very good knowledge of German and car driving licence
