Senior Expert BCM (m/f/d)

You build our Business Continuity Management (BCM) for the power plants and the waste incineration plant (MVA) and develop it strategically and operationally. You carry out risk analyses and assessments for the power plants and the MVA, conduct appropriate risk mitigating measures and consistently pursue their implementation. On the basis of risk assessments and relevant laws and standards, you identify appropriate measures to further develop our BCM and to strengthen our physical security - and accompany its implementation. You work together with our information security officers on the implementation of KRITIS-Dachgesetz, NIS2 and Cyberstärkungsgesetz for the power plants and the MVA and control the appropriate measures. You design and carry out training, exercises and awareness campaigns in your area of responsibility and thus sustainably strengthen the company's security awareness.

You have a successfully completed university or university degree course in the fields of security technology, industrial engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. You have training and experience - ideally with several years of activity in a utility company or comparable technology company. You go confidently and without fear of touch to internal and external contact persons, authorities, standards, auditors and risk management, and you are looking forward to changing requirements. You bring passion for the protection and safe operation of critical infrastructures. You convince with pronounced communication and consulting skills and are happy to work together with different stakeholders.
