Your mission

• independent creation and optimization of CAM programs for milling operations in our mold construction with the program Cimatron
• Electrode construction, milling with Heidenhein control
• Participation in versatile tasks in the field of tool construction
• Ensuring dimensional accuracy and quality according to technical drawings and manufacturing specifications

Your superpowers

• Completed vocational training as a tool mechanic (m/w/d) with a specialist in shaping or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge and multiannual experience in CAM programming. ideal with Cimatron
• Secure handling of 3D data (CAD/CAM) and a good technical understanding of complex geometries
• Experience in programming 3- and 5-axis milling machines of advantage
• Careful, structured and independent working
• Team skills and readiness for continuous training
• Self-employed, structured & targeted
• Forklift license of advantage but no condition
• Car and driving license of advantage but no condition
