Corporate Governance Manager - temporary (m/f/d)

You support the United Internet Group with its brands such as 1&1, GMX, WEB.DE, IONOS and 1&1 Versatel for exciting tasks on corporate governance. In addition to the company law support of our Group companies, prepare and organize Supervisory Board and Management Board meetings and prepare corresponding templates and protocols. The following tasks await you: You support the Group's corporate law issues (Company decisions, Statutes, Rules of Procedures, Commercial Register applications). You prepare board, managing director and supervisory board meetings as well as shareholder meetings, support the implementation and follow-up (e.g. create protocols). You advise and support the management of corporate governance issues (Deutscher Corporate Governance Code, Corporate Governance Declaration, Declaration of Corporate Governance, Declaration of Compliance, Report of the Supervisory Board). You organize the housekeeping of the group companies (e.g. lead the company files).

For these tasks you have a completed study of law or economic law and have already gained experience in an economic law firm or in the legal department of a company. You have expertise and practical knowledge of corporate governance. Knowledge of company law is advantageous. You can prepare complex facts in a comprehensible and comprehensible manner. You are characterized by their durability and performance. You have a strong team capacity, personal integrity and solution-oriented working. You have very good communication skills in German and English.
