Technical Project Manager for Events (m/f/d)

The L in “Your Tasks” stands for boredom Planning and implementing events: You advise organizers, agencies, trade fair builders and exhibitors of events and trade fairs regarding technical feasibility and scheduling. You will check and start offerings for services, schedules and setup planning (Vectorworks). Get out of the office, get up to the area: Together with the project department, you will attend the events and exhibitors on site. You give technical briefings, accompany up and down and maintain your know-how and organizational talent for a smooth run – even on weekends. You will implement the technical requirements for the events together with internal and external employees, and you will carry out smaller repair work independently. Security and structure: You know the operator requirements, you know how to communicate with authorities, implement security requirements and organize workflows. At our events you monitor compliance with technical requirements and guidelines. You are a link between internal areas, external service providers, technology companies, authorities – and you have everything in mind. Numbers are not a foreign word: you participate in the budget planning and costing of technical works.

Your skills and you You have a completed technical training in the field of event technology and at least. 3 years of professional experience – ideally complemented by a master qualification. With security concepts, power supply, technical processes and the creation of plans – e.g. with Vectorworks – you know and use your PC knowledge routined for technical preparation and documentation. Experiences and skill in handling technical equipment will help you. When it comes to operating obligations and occupational safety, you know what to do. As an organizational talent, you bring about solution-oriented thinking and stay in the hustle and bustle with your structured way. Our customers are at your heart.
