No day is like the other. You expect varied tasks, direct customer contact and the opportunity to actively shape processes. In your function, you are the first point of contact for our renowned customers on site. You integrate different customer requirements into the existing processes and stay in direct customer contact at any time. You are responsible for a transparent, efficient and timely customer order processing. As a central interface between customers, internal departments and external partners, you coordinate the processes, monitor ongoing orders and ensure compliance with processes, quality standards and deadlines. Complaint and warranty work cannot always be avoided. You handle these conscientiously, making sure that you are running smoothly and satisfying customers. You support your team in analyzing existing processes and interfaces as well as identifying risks and vulnerabilities. This makes you an important contribution to the continuous improvement of existing processes. You take over the avisation and volume planning, keep running times as well as active orders and vehicles in mind and ensure an efficient and timely processing sequence. In addition, you control and analyze relevant performance indicators (KPIs), create meaningful reporting and support in implementing inventory to ensure high process and inventory quality.
