As the heart of our IT infrastructure, you ensure that our teams – in the office or remote – work with optimal hardware and secure software solutions. Your focus is on the hardware lifecycle, the security of our Google Workspace and first-class IT support. End-to-End Hardware Management: You control the entire hardware lifecycle – from the definition of technical standards and strategic purchasing to the automated setup (zero-touch deployment) for onboardings to maintenance and professional reprocessing for returns.

Logistics & Support: You are the first contact point on site for technical problems with hardware and software and coordinate the dispatch of devices (e.g. via Deeploi).

Modern Workplace & Office Equipment: In coordination with Office Management, you design and maintain the IT equipment of our workplaces and conference rooms (WLAN, Printer, Media Technology) and continuously opt for them.

Strong onboarding: You prepare the hardware for new team members, set up the devices and accompany commissioning on the first working day.

User Support & Enablement: You design and perform training for our tools (e.g. Deeploi, Notion, Salesforce, Google Workspace) and empower your colleagues to get the best out of our software.

SaaS Administration & Security: You are responsible for the holistic management of Google Workspace as well as linked tools (e.g. Notion, Slack) and ensure the proactive protection of our digital infrastructure through the implementation of security policies (MFA, encryption, updates).

Mobile infrastructure: In coordination with Office Management, you manage our company smartphones including accessories.

IT-Allrounder with Hands-on Mentality: You have well-founded experience in the administration of IT systems, in particular Google Workspace, as well as management of macOS, iOS and Windows end devices.

Structured & independent operation: You can set up for you and other efficient processes and keep track of inventory, logistics and asset management – even in dynamic growth phases.

Service-Mindset: You are solution-oriented and have the ability to understand complex IT topics. Your work is characterized by a high self-initiative.

Communication strength: You are sure to work at the interface between IT and Office Management and communicate precisely and professionally with external service providers.

Reliability: As a central contact person on site, you are the reliable problem solver when the technology strikes, and stay focused even in stressful situations.

Language skills: You communicate in German and English in a safe manner to support our international team.
