You control and manage construction projects in all phases and areas of action, taking over the building function. The activity does not include own planning services, but the organisational, technical and economic management of the projects. The variety of tasks makes a specialization possible according to your interests and qualifications. You conduct and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams from internal and external stakeholders and are responsible for successfully implementing the projects. You prepare the tendering and awarding of planning services and commission architectural and engineering offices. You plan location-related needs and develop projects. You conduct project meetings and follow the results. You document the projects.

Your profile and skills: Required: You have successfully completed an engineering degree programme (Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) in the fields of technical building equipment, energy technology, utility technology, resource optimization or in another field with task assignment. You have many years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of new construction and renovation projects according to HOAI.

Advantage: You ideally have professional experience, but at least knowledge, in project management. You have knowledge of public procurement law and general building law. You are already active in the public service or for contracting authorities. You are interested in energy-efficient, sustainable and systematized building concepts. You communicate with all project participants orally as well as in writing professionally and will certainly occur. You are characterized by their independent, responsible action and reach sustainable solutions to organisational and negotiation skills.
