You build up their own customer base and serve it independently in close cooperation with the sales management. You work in developing and implementing strategic and customer-oriented concepts for sustainable business growth. You process customer requests and offer creation and negotiate all contract topics. You plan, organize and conduct discussions and negotiations with customers in their own responsibility. You observe the customer-related market and competition situation and initiate appropriate measures.

You have a completed economic or technical degree or a comparable training. You have communication and negotiation skills and can inspire and convince people. You bring good knowledge of German and English. You have international willingness to travel. You have industry-specific product knowledge and knowledge of the automotive and subcontracting industry.
