Preparation, installation and conversion of our machines and equipment Coordination and professional support in the assigned area (no disciplinary leadership) Optimization of production preparation (time, quality, resource use) Support for shift coordination incl. Staff allocation and operational planning in coordination with the production management Ensuring documentation, traceability and quality assurance along the entire preparation chain Monitoring compliance with all legal and operational hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP, occupational safety) Analysis of process data and participation in deriving and implementing optimization measures The role is consciously operatively oriented and closely linked to production.

Multiannual professional experience in the food environment – e.g. as a machine and plant leader, foreman, specialist in food technology or in a food processing profession (e.g. cook/cooking, baker/in) Good understanding of production processes and ideally first experience in coordinating processes or employees Experience in handling automated production plants Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation Hands-on mentality and joy in actively shaping and improving processes Willingness to shift work and flexibility in deployment planning German knowledge of safe communication in everyday work
