Then come to our team for the support of our management sites, business units and start-ups at HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions GmbH at the Essen site, in an indefinite employment, as from now on Projektleiter (m/d) Your tasks Be our security professional: Accompanying operational projects and ensuring that work and environmental protection are always adhered to Recognizing Risks: Conduct Settings, Risk Assessments and Instructions – coordinate and document these professionally Create work-protection documents such as operating instructions and training documents Keep everything up to date: Care and update the occupational safety documentation Set standards: Transfer legal and internal requirements to operational practice Stay prepared: Develop and update emergency, alarm and danger prevention plans Works structured and independent: Work independently, recognize the need for support in the units and plan your activities according to priority Actively advise: support responsible for all issues of occupational safety; organise, moderate and record sessions of the ‘Works Protection Committee’ (ASA) Analyze accidents: conduct accident investigations and conduct prevention measures Keep an overview: Create quarterly and annual reports including accident statistics and derive optimization potentials Spread your knowledge: Conduct independent training and training for executives, safety officers and fire protection workers Your profile Technical knowledge that counts: Masters/Technists or engineers with a completed training as a specialist for occupational safety with approval for the construction industry Additional qualifications: Training for fire protection officers is advantageous, but can be obtained in a professional manner Experience that convinces: Multiannual professional experience in care as a specialist for occupational safety, ideally in the construction industry and/or in the technical building management Practice in occupational safety: knowledge in the preparation of hazard assessments and sound knowledge about statutory requirements in the field of work and environmental protection (DE) Know-how in management systems: knowledge in ISO 45001 (work safety management) is desirable Digital overview: experience in dealing with work protection software (ideally “Quentic”); Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Mobility: Class B driving licence and multi-day travel readiness required – a car with the option for private use we provide you with!
