Overarching governance function for Body & Paint within the Senger Group Strategic development of the Body‐&&‐Paint business with a focus on insurance business, damage management and standardised performance models Definition of control panels, standards and target images for body and lacquer processes in high-volume and highly standardised B&P units Technical control, consulting and coordination of regional body-&-path managers Central interface to insurance, damage tax, manufacturers and strategic partners Governance of partnership- and manufacturer-related requirements (contracts, conditions, target systems, audits, compliance) Definition, analysis and monitoring of central KPIs (including throughput times, productivity, damage rate, quality, economy) and derivation of optimization recommendations Development of group-wide processes, standards and best practices for a scalable and economical body-&-path model Accompanying support for change and transformation projects, in particular for structural, process and digitalization initiatives.

Multiannual leadership and management experience in the after-sales‐ Body& Paint, ideally in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector. Deep understanding of after-sales processes, manufacturer structures and business relationships. Detectional experience in the strategic management of complex service organisations with multiple locations. Sovereign appearance at top management level as well as pronounced communication and negotiation strength. High level of entrepreneurial thinking, keenness to decide and high level of implementation. Analytical skills combined with pragmatic, solution-oriented mode of operation. High readiness within the group as well as flexibility and durability. Identification with modern leadership principles, employee development and continuous improvement.
