Analysis and optimization of existing network infrastructure (performance, scalability, security). Configuration and provision of network components (LAN, WLAN, switching, routing, DHCP) Operation and monitoring of the network infrastructure. performing fault analysis and troubleshooting Operation and management of security appliances (e.g. firewalls, Web Security Appliance/Proxy) Update, patch and lifecycle management for network components Implementation of IT Security and Compliance Policy in the Network Active cooperation with IT projects. Analysis of new technologies and trends for the development of network infrastructure Contact person and coordination of external service providers

Successfully completed university or Higher education in the IT sector or comparable professional qualification Very good knowledge of switching and routing protocols Good knowledge of the implementation and administration of network infrastructures Remarkable: Certifications or advanced training of Cisco (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) Knowledge/experiences in collaboration with major IT projects independent and structured operation Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church
